SEPTEMBER 2009 - DEDEAUX PROPERTIES ACQUIRES TRANSPORTATION FACILITY

 

Rancho Cucamonga, CA –

Dedeaux Properties LLC (www.dedeauxproperties.com) has completed the $6.5 million

purchase of an approximate 10 acre state-of-the-art transportation maintenance and trailer

storage facility at 10801 Jersey Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga. The seller had previously

purchased the property as a development site but elected to sell rather than build based on current

market conditions.

 

The property contains a freestanding, 8,500 square foot office building in the front and behind

the security gates an approx. 19,000 square foot maintenance facility with wash bay as well as a

10,000 gallon diesel fueling station.

 

Dedeaux Properties will lease the majority of the facility to its leasing entity, Dart Equipment

Corp. and transportation business, Dart International. The remaining portion of the land and part

of the buildings will be available for lease.
