Dedeaux Properties hosted an Open House to celebrate the completed renovation of the 135,000 sq. ft.
9000 Rochester Ave. building. The sports-themed event featured a special appearance by baseball legend
Tommy Lasorda, the Laker Girls, a batting cage and prizes including Dodger and USC football tickets.
The festivities drew a large crowd from the commercial real estate industry including a Certificate of
Recognition to Dedeaux Properties from Rancho Cucamonga Mayor Don Kurth.
