announce the lease of a 32,240 sf property at 4280 South Maywood Avenue in Vernon,

CA. The landlord, Dedeaux Properties, LLC was represented by Brett Dedeaux, Mark

Repstad and Anthony Dedeaux from Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group. Dedeaux

Properties legal counsel was John Duffy at DLA Piper in downtown Los Angeles.

Jim Halferty at Lee and Associates represented the lessee, Promate Produce USA, Inc.

The tenant will install 8,000 sf of cooler space. The lease contract is a 39-month term /p>

commencing June 1st, 2010.
