January 2010 - OPTEC DISPLAYS TURNS ON THE LIGHTS IN 33,965 SQ. FT. LEASE IN CITY OF INDUSTRY

Dedeaux Properties LLC (www.dedeauxproperties.com) has now leased 3 of the 4 units at their

recently completed 71,460 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial building in City of Industry. Optec

Displays, Inc., one of the leading LED display manufacturers in the world, has leased 33,965 sq.

ft. of space at 712-716 Nogales Street in a 5-year lease valued at over $1.4 million. Jeff Bethel

of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

 

“Modern, functional buildings positioned at good locations in in-fill industrial markets like the

City of Industry continue to be leased, albeit at a slightly slower pace than over the past few

Dedeaux Properties LLC. in the transaction. “We definitely have seen the beginning of trend,

starting in the 4th quarter of 2009, of firms beginning to move forward, though cautiously, with

their plans to lease or buy property and continue to grow their business.”
