April 2011 - DEDEAUX PROPERTIES CONTINUES ORGANIC GROWTH

Dedeaux Properties recently inked a 10-year lease valued at approx. $4.9 million

with leading organic produce distributor Heath & Leguene on a 43,600 sq. ft. facility at 1342 S. Rowan Ave

in the City of Commerce. The tenant was represented by Bill Morrison of the Heger Company.

 

“This was an excellent opportunity to convert an older former intermodal dock into a state-of-the-art high-

velocity food building by adding high-cube coolers to the rear of the building while providing a large

number of dock-high doors and oversized loading area, all strategic building features for produce users”

according to executive Brett Dedeaux.

several years and this project is further progress in our strategic plan to be a key provider of real estate to the

Los Angeles area food industry.
