Dedeaux Properties hosted another Open House to celebrate the recently constructed, state-of-the art mulit-
tenant industrial facility at 708 – 716 S. Nogales in City of Industry. The college football-themed event featured
the USC Song Girls and received a great and appreciated turnout from the local industrial real estate
community.

The broker raffle included game tickets for USC vs. UCLA football, Lakers luxury suite and Dodger game suite.
