APRIL 2009 - YOTRIO CORPORATION SIGNS LEASE AT NEW NOGALES ST. DEVELOPMENT

 

City of Industry, CA -

Dedeaux Properties LLC inked its first lease upon completion of construction of a new

4-unit 71,460 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial building in City of Industry.

Yotrio Corporation, a manufacturer of patio furniture, has consolidated several facilities

into the 20,933 sq. ft. of space at 708 Nogales Street in a 5-year lease. Chris Tolles,

Robin Dodson and Erik Larson of Cushman & Wakefield represented to tenant.

Industry continue to have low vacancy and demand from a well-diversified tenant mix
